Our renovated, light-flooded, no-smoking apartment is located on the upper floor of a two-family house in a quiet location on the outskirts of Buchholz on the northern edge of the Westerwald forest with an unobstructed view of the Siebengebirge mountains in the Rhineland. The near motorways A3 and A565 (each 20 min.) ensure a very good position for business travellers.
Quiet side roads invite you to biking or to take part in other activities. Entry to a regional hiking trail is in the immediate vicinity. We have a wide range of information material available for you of other hiking destinations. We are also happy to give you personal tips - on request. The nearness to Cologne and Bonn invites to shopping tours and many cultural offers.
The comfortable and cosy apartment is suitable for 2 adults with a child, and offers on approx. 80 m² 1 double bedroom (bed size 0.90 x 2.0 m) with directly adjoining daylight bath/WC with bathtub and showerscreen, 1 single room (bed size 1.40 x 2.00 m continuous mattress) with the possibility to use a guest toilet of the owner located on the ground floor . A large open plan living with fully equipped kitchen, dining table with 4 chairs and a comfortable sitting area with TV. In the large garden you will find a corner with garden furniture.
Free parking for cars and lockable storage room for bicycles are available at the house. Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are included. The apartment is equipped with free WiFi and SAT television.
The things of daily life such as spices, cleaning agents, detergents, dishcloths etc. as well as the ingredients for the first breakfast are available.
A shared use of the washing machine of the owner is possible by arrangement.

    “Wir sind einfach begeistert !!

    Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und recht modern eingerichtet. Es ist alles da was man braucht.
    Der Service ist der Wahnsinn, sowas haben wir bis her nirgendswo anders erlebt, Bettwäsche, Handtücher , alles für das erste Frühstück, Endreinigung etc. ist alles mit im Preis drin.

    Die Besitzer sind wirklich sehr freundlich und sehr angenehme Menschen.

    Die Wohnung liegt relativ zentral, man kommt zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten/Ausflugszielen in ca. 30min. (einfach Perfekt)

    Wir kommen definitiv wieder !! Positiv: Zentrale Lage

    “Positiv: Sehr nette, freundliche Vermieter. Die Wohnung war perfekt ausgestattet. Besonders toll war es, dass die täglichen "Kleinigkeiten", z.B Gewürze, Salz, Zucker, für die erste Zeit Kaffee, Tee, Filterpapier, Zewa etc. Für die ersten beiden Tage war alles fürs Frühstück vorhanden. Es gab nichts zu bemängeln. Einfach nur super!!!”
