At an altitude of 453 meters above sea level you have a magnificent view into the distance.
The landscape changes constantly from forest to open meadows and fields. Therefore, the hiking trails, which invite you to extensive hikes and Nordic walking tours, are just as varied as the gastronomy, whose offer fulfills the most diverse culinary desires.
The vacation apartments Eulenstube (non-smoking house) is located in a detached house with a magnificent panoramic view on a 1018 sqm property, large lawn, playground equipment and garden house with barbecue facilities and is an optimal starting point for hikes in the surrounding area.
The terrace has 80 sqm and is surrounded with planting as a privacy screen.
The grill is available for our guests to use.
If you feel like visiting a city, you can reach Kaiserslautern within 20 minutes.

Large studio apartment

Our studio apartment (approx. 85m²) is located on the upper floor of our house. The access is through a staircase behind the main entrance.
It is suitable for 4 persons.

The apartment has the following equipment:

- Living room with SAT-TV, DVD-Player and Stereo-Radio

- dining area
- fitted kitchen with fridge-freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher and various kitchen appliances

- 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. In one of the bedrooms an extra bed is possible

- bathroom with shower, washing machine, condenser dryer and hairdryer

The apartment is equipped with dish towels, towels and bed linen.

The outdoor facilities with large lawn, pool with adjacent terrace and the small garden house with barbecue area can be used on warm summer days (weather permitting).

Unfortunately, their pets must stay at home.
