Large summer house on the waterfront

The Villa has a fantastic location, right on the waterfront with stunning views. Here you are quite private with access to an almost private lake with jetties, terraces and sauna. The large wooden house was extended and renovated in 2016. It is in a classic Swedish country style but modern and fully equipped. The house has four double rooms and two single rooms, five bathrooms, open living rooms and a large kitchen. Guests are invited to fishing and berry- and mushroom pickning. Canoes can be rented nearby. For children the popular Astrid Lindgren World and the Kolmården Zoo in the area (appr 1 hour). The university town of Linköping offers theatre, restaurangs, museums, historic sites and shopping. There are four 18-hole golfcourses within an hours driving.

Please notice that the sauna and charging of your e-car will be charged separately on site.

    “Wir würden immer wieder dieses wunderschöne Haus mieten. Positiv: Die Lage des Hauses sowie das Haus und die Ausstattung war hervorragend Umgebung: Supermarket - 3 sehr schöne Golfplätze befinden sich im Umreis von ca. 20 Minuten”

    “Positiv: Es war wirklich alles vorhanden. Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
    Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und enorm groß.
    Die Lage ist traumhaft.”
