It is only a 12 minute walk to the stunning sandy beach of Las Dunas, a 5 minute drive to Puerto Pollensa and a 3 minute drive to the picturesque walled town of Alcudia, a picturesque walled town with Roman and medieval buildings. Enjoy this beautiful finca nestled in a nature reserve!
After enjoying the best hours of the day swimming, water sports such as kite surfing and paddle surfing, you can head into town and explore its restaurants and cafes or visit Alcudia's traditional weekly market.
This villa has a privileged location close to the mountains and the ocean. Whenever you don't feel like sightseeing or walking, you can stay at home and enjoy the scenery from your beautiful garden and private pool. There is a canoe at your disposal at no extra cost to enjoy the sea.
This beach villa is perfectly equipped for a great holiday with friends and family. Villa Trinxater is distributed in three bedrooms, two of them are double bedrooms and one with two single beds.
The lounge, one doble bedroom and the twin bedroom include hot / cold air conditioning. To enhance your comfort, they are available to be used at any time during the day and night. The other double bedroom has a ceiling fan and air con from the living room.
Free WiFi is available throughout the house. Villa Trinxater has a full indoor bathroom and an outdoor bathroom. The kitchen is fully furnished and has everything you may need during your holiday. If you prefer to take the gathering to the garden, there is a barbecue as ready as the kitchen, a ping pong table and a private swimming pool with a privileged view of the hills and the Albufera Natural Park.
Villa Trinxater is situated on the ground floor of the property, with the pool and facilities being completely private. The first floor flat is not included.
Villa Trinxater has a private parking, and can also be reached by bus, as it has a bus station 5 minutes' walk away. A large supermarket is 5 minutes by car or bus from the beach house.

The weekly market is always on Tuesdays and Sundays to discover local food and ingredients. The beaches are also of 5 star quality in this town, from long sandy beaches to small private coves.
Puerto Pollensa is an attractive resort offering everything you could need both inland and on the coast. The bay of Puerto Pollensa has a wide variety of water sports to choose from. During the day you can relax on the sandy beach or for the more active you can hire a windsurfer, kayak, sailboat or go water skiing or jet skiing.
Old Pollença has several good restaurants and small cafes. The town is full of history and this is evident everywhere. The Sunday market is especially colorful with local fruit and vegetables and nuts and spices.
