Charmingly furnished holiday apartment in a historical building with a veranda and a garden sitting area on a large farm. Enjoy the peace and quiet and switch off from everyday stress, discover unspoilt nature on extensive walks and benefit from the proximity to beaches and sportsThe apartment is on a farm far from the main road, quietly situated in nature but still near the beaches.The 82m² holiday apartment is in a historical building. The old main entrance to the house provides access to the apartment. It is pleasantly furnished and each room has its own charm. It has a cosy atmosphere and you can also enjoy modern amenities. There is a cosy kitchen-diner in a rustic style with all the necessary kitchen utensils for self-catering, a dishwasher, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a stove with an oven, a toaster, kettle etc. The dining table invites you to enjoy meals together and sociable gatherings. The seating and the TV in the living room invite you to relax. The sofa can also be used as a bed for two people. There is a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe for your clothing and accessories. It is possible to set up a cot in the bedroom. The modern bathroom with underfloor heating, a towel radiator, a walk-in shower and a WC rounds off the accommodation.A veranda facing west with a canopy beach chair and a sitting area in the garden facing south provide ample opportunity to enjoy the sun. The terrace affords a beautiful view of the farm and the garden, and you can watch pheasants, hares and deer. You can move freely on the extensive farm.Fresh rolls in the morning? A bicycle? Or riding lessons for children, riding excursions on the beach, kite surfing lessons – the owners would be happy to help with planning.Not only during the main season, but especially out of season, the isolated farm offers peace and quiet and time for extensive walks on the nearby natural beaches or on the south beach, where there is a sea water pool with waves (including sauna landscape) and in Burgstaaken you can get fresh fish from the fishing boats. You can play adventure golf in Meeschendorf and in Katharinenhof the rough Baltic coast of Fehmarn invites you to go for a walk, followed by a visit to a café. The wonderful old town centre of Burg has many shops, all just 3km away.
