The Cottage 87 is located inside the Villaggio Heliopolis, in Manerba del Garda.
It is an apartment of 70 sqm divided on two floors: ground floor and first floor.
Independet cottage, it is recently completely renovated and consists on the ground floor of a bedroom with double bed plus double sofa bed, bathroom with shower and on the first floor living room with kitchen and sofa bed for two peopole., satellite tv, terrace with table and high chairs (on the first floor). It can accommodate up to 6 peopole and is equipped with safe, barbecue, private parking, heating, ari conditioning and wifi.

Sourrounded by greenery and a few steps from the beach.
The cottage is located a few kilometers from the main services such as supermarket, pharmacy, post office and bank.
In the surroundings you can find amusement parks, beaches, weekly markets, botanical gardens, cable cars with panoramic views of the lake, walks and cycle paths.
It is also possible to practice water sports, go on boat trips or take the boat to visit the main villages of the lake.
