Holiday house with a large garden, children's playground and mobile swimming pool
The holiday house is located in a quiet small village. It is close to the sandy beach, to the city centre of Zadar, the island of Pag and the National Parks: Paklenica, Velebit and Krka.
Your private terrace is equipped with garden furniture (covered, four garden deck chairs). The building is surrounded by hedges, suitable for children and pets. In the garden there are swings and a slide for children, a mobile swimming pool and a barbecue. Guests can help themselves to the seasonal vegetables growin in the generous garden.
The ground floor of the two-storey house is for rent. When it is rented, the upper floor is locked and remains unoccupied - this means that you have the whole house and outside area all to yourself.
The ground floor is about 75 m² and consists of the following rooms: a living room with a flat-screen TV and a sofa bed (for two persons). There is also a bedroom next to it, which is furnished with a double bed. In addition there is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, coffee maker and dining area, as well as a neighboring bathroom with shower and bidet. There is another bedroom with a smaller bathroom.
A quiet place, few inhabitants, the beach is about 1700 meters away. The beach is shallow sandy, Kamenita beach about 4 km away The city center with its restaurants and supermarkets is about 16 km.
Guests have use of the entire house with garden.
