Each of them is air-conditioned and has its own TV, and three of them offer you a comfortable double bed. The fourth room is a children's room and there is a smaller child's bed at your disposal with the possibility of pulling out another one. There are also three fully-equipped bathrooms with walk-in showers that include all the necessary toiletries for your carefree vacation, but there are also two additional toilets. A combination of darker tones and wooden elements gives Villa Nino a special charm. The ground floor of the villa offers an open space with a spacious modern kitchen, dining room and living room. Uniquely designed gray matte kitchen together with its wooden elements presents a perfect place to try your hand at cooking, and it is also completely equipped with all kitchen appliances and utensils. Enjoy your homemade specialties at the wooden dining table that can accommodate 10 guests. Sit comfortably on the big gray couch and watch your favorite movie or series with your loved ones. If you search for a complete relaxation, take a peek at the private sauna where you can fully recharge yourself.

This beautiful fully fenced villa consists of a 1200m2 of outdoor space that will definitely delight you with its offer. Relax in the private infinity pool, which also has the option of heating, or sunbathe on one of the deckchairs that surround it. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee as well as a beautiful panoramic view of the greenery from one of the terraces of the villa. A charming tavern with a traditional stone grill is also at your disposal. You will certainly enjoy this villa if you are a sports fan, because there is also a private padel court at your disposal. If you are coming with the young ones, there is also a grass field where they can play. You don't need to worry about the safety of your vehicle, because the villa offers you 4 parking places.
